The right hates the ‘mos. Surprised?

Right-wing disinformation campaign a resounding success
(video: The Rachel Maddow Show)

The other day, I provided an indication of the extreme intelligence deficit (EID) suffered by the Grande Obstructionist Party (GOP). Mea culpa. It’s a hobby of mine.

At the time, only a small sample of the data from a recent survey was available. Last Night, MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow highlighted the Daily KOS/Research 2000 poll. Watch. Get ready for extreme shock and awe as your chin drops to your spacebar and you marvel dumbfounded at the unbridled stoopidity of the other side.

In the meantime, here’s the skinny on how the Party of NO feels about us ‘mos:

Should openly gay men and women be allowed to serve in the military?

Yes 26
No 55
Not Sure 19

Should same sex couples be allowed to marry?

Yes 7
No 77
Not Sure 16

Should gay couples receive any state or federal benefits?

Yes 11
No 68
Not Sure 21

Should openly gay men and women be allowed to teach in public schools?

Yes 8
No 73
Not Sure 19

Gosh! You really have to wonder what those purse-clutching, self-obsessed Log Cabin boys and girls must think about their fellow christianist conservative’s opinion of their fundamental rights. As for GOProud, those capo assholes ought to cut the word “proud” out of their name. GOP Shame is closer to the truth.
