Over at BlogActive, Mike Rogers has the cleverest headline I’ve read in ages:Â Don’t let the stall door hit you on the way out…
Apparently Former Idaho Senator and public-toilet-sex aficionado Larry The-Wide-Stance Craig has reached the end of the road in his efforts to reverse his conviction for an airport tearoom bust.
Rogers cites Craig’s Stages of Grief:
- Denial: “Do you know who I am?” (While tossing down a business card from the US Senate.)
- Anger: Scream at the cop who arrested you.
- Bargaining: I can plead guilty to make this go away, even though I am innocent.
- Depression: Well, I am sure he isn’t exactly thrilled with losing the Senate seat.
- Acceptance: I’ll drop the appeals. Yep, I’m guilty.
Those sound more like the Stages of Oh Good Grief!!
