The anti-8 protests continue

Last night thousands of anti-Prop-8 demonstrators hit the streets in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Long Beach and Salt Lake City. Here are the highlights:

Anti-Prop-8 demonstrations and rallies are planned in several locations around the state today and tonight, including Laguna Beach, Sunset Junction/Silverlake, and a march at noon in San Diego. Check out Towleroad for details and updates.

Sunday, Equality Action Now is staging a rally in Sacramento on the West Steps of the Capitol building, which is expected to draw a large contingent of San Francisco Bay Area demonstrators. The event kicks off at 1:00 pm and is expected to last until 4:00.

    Why not protest the single largest contributor of Prop 8?

    The office of Howard Ahmanson (the company is called ‘Fieldstead’) is 2699 White Road in Irvine.
